The first question I get asked whenever I show people this short is always the same; how the hell did you come up with this?

It all started one fateful sunny day, when I was warming up as usual with my skipping rope but outside for a change. I took a couple steps forward, and before I knew it I was skipping and running at the same time, something I’d never seen anyone do before.

 

From the minute I took those first wobbly steps I knew there was a story here, all I needed to do was find it.
